About
We built the thing a one-person business actually needs
Not an enterprise call centre platform with a small-business tier bolted on.
AlwaysGreet started with a specific observation: a locksmith who misses a 2 a.m. lockout doesn't lose a phone call, they lose roughly $165. Do that three times a week and it's the difference between a good year and a hard one. The same arithmetic runs in a salon, a plumbing shop, and a cleaning company — only the numbers change.
The existing answers were all unsatisfying. Answering everything yourself doesn't survive contact with being busy. Voicemail loses the caller, because someone with an urgent problem dials the next number instead of leaving a message. A human answering service costs hundreds a month and still can't quote your prices or book into your calendar.
So AlwaysGreet answers, works out whether something is urgent using rules you write, quotes from your price ranges, texts you the details, and books the work. It costs about what one recovered customer is worth.
How we think about it
Three commitments
You hold the off switch
A kill switch, a daily spend cap, and rate limits — enforced in code before a call is answered, not promised in a help doc. Handing your phone to software should be reversible in one tap.
Honest numbers only
We don't publish invented statistics or fabricated testimonials. Where a figure is illustrative, we label it. Where we have no customers yet, we say so.
It quotes ranges, not guarantees
The agent gives your price range and says you confirm on site. An AI that promises a number you can't honour costs you more than the call was worth.
