Features

Cover the hours you can't without hiring anyone.

Most businesses start here: leave your daytime calls exactly as they are, and let the AI pick up nights, weekends, and holidays. It's the lowest-risk way to find out what your missed calls were actually worth.

How it works

What actually happens

01

After-hours-only is a single switch

Turn it on and the AI answers nothing while you're open. Your opening hours are set per weekday, so a Saturday half-day behaves differently from a Tuesday.

02

It's enforced before a call is answered

The check runs at the moment the call arrives, not after. Inside your hours the AI declines to pick up and the call routes to you as it always did.

03

Holidays are just closed days

A day with no opening hours set is a day the AI covers completely. Nothing special to configure for a public holiday or a week off.

04

Turn it off when you're ready

Plenty of businesses start after-hours-only, see the call log, and switch to full coverage within a month. Both are the same product and the same price.

Being straight with you

What this doesn't do

Every limit below is one you'd otherwise discover after paying.

It won't guess your hours

You set them. If your hours are wrong in the profile, the AI will be silent when you wanted it and talking when you didn't.

One schedule per business

The MVP holds a single weekly schedule. Separate schedules for different lines or locations aren't supported yet.

Questions

The things owners actually ask

Does after-hours-only cost less?

The plan price is the same — you're paying for talk minutes, and answering fewer calls simply uses fewer of them. Most after-hours-only businesses sit comfortably inside the Starter allowance.

What happens to a call that arrives one minute after closing?

The AI takes it. The boundary is your closing time to the minute, so a 6:01 p.m. call on a day you close at 6 is covered.

Will it sound like a robot?

No — it's a natural voice that interrupts and responds like a person, not a phone tree. But judge that yourself rather than taking our word: run the demo and listen to a real call before paying anything.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Your number stays exactly as it is on your listings, your signage, and your website. You forward calls to AlwaysGreet — either everything you don't pick up, or only outside opening hours. Turning it off puts everything back as it was.

Can it answer only after hours?

Yes, and most businesses start there. Turn on after-hours-only and the AI stays silent while you're open — you take those calls yourself. It picks up nights, weekends, and holidays.

What stops spam calls burning through my minutes?

A per-caller hourly limit, automatic flagging of repeat short-call bursts, and a daily spend cap that pauses the line if something goes wrong. These run before a call is answered, so a robodialer can't run up your bill.
