Questions

The things owners actually ask

Will it sound like a robot?

No — it's a natural voice that interrupts and responds like a person, not a phone tree. But judge that yourself rather than taking our word: run the demo and listen to a real call before paying anything.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Your number stays exactly as it is on your listings, your signage, and your website. You forward calls to AlwaysGreet — either everything you don't pick up, or only outside opening hours. Turning it off puts everything back as it was.

Can it answer only after hours?

Yes, and most businesses start there. Turn on after-hours-only and the AI stays silent while you're open — you take those calls yourself. It picks up nights, weekends, and holidays.

What stops spam calls burning through my minutes?

A per-caller hourly limit, automatic flagging of repeat short-call bursts, and a daily spend cap that pauses the line if something goes wrong. These run before a call is answered, so a robodialer can't run up your bill.

What if it says something wrong to my customer?

There's a kill switch in your dashboard — one tap and it stops answering immediately, with no support ticket and no waiting on us. You can also edit exactly what it says and what it quotes at any time.

How long does setup take?

About ten minutes. Start from a template, set your hours, services, and price ranges, test it on a real scenario, then forward your calls. You can be live the same day.

What happens if I go over my minutes?

Calls keep getting answered at your plan's per-minute rate, and you'll see the overage on your dashboard as it accrues. If you'd rather it stop cold at the limit instead, that's a setting you control.
