Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of AlwaysGreet’s Services.
1. Lawful and authorized use
Customers may use the Services only for lawful inbound business communications and authorized appointment and message workflows. Customers must obtain all necessary rights, permissions, notices, and consents.
2. Prohibited communications
Without AlwaysGreet’s prior written approval, Customers may not use the Services for:
- outbound marketing, robocalling, political calls, mass messaging, lead-list dialing, or debt collection;
- emergency dispatch, crisis lines, or safety-critical operations;
- healthcare, PHI, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or medical advice;
- legal, financial, insurance, credit, employment, housing, education, or other high-impact eligibility decisions;
- collecting payment-card data, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, government IDs, passwords, or authentication codes;
- impersonation, undisclosed AI interaction, unauthorized voice cloning, or deceptive caller-ID practices;
- harassment, stalking, threats, discrimination, exploitation, obscenity, fraud, phishing, or unlawful surveillance;
- illegal goods, controlled substances, weapons trafficking, sexual exploitation, or other unlawful activity; or
- activity that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
3. Technical misuse
Customers may not bypass limits, share access unlawfully, reverse engineer, scrape, probe, scan, interfere with, overload, attack, introduce malware into, or use the Services to test vulnerabilities without written authorization.
4. Required safeguards
Customers must accurately identify their business, retain AI and recording notices, test configurations, maintain human escalation, minimize data, protect credentials, keep calendar and contact information current, and promptly report suspected misuse or security incidents.
5. Enforcement
AlwaysGreet may investigate suspected violations and may restrict or suspend the minimum necessary functionality. We will provide notice and an opportunity to cure when reasonably practicable, but may act immediately to address unlawful conduct, fraud, security threats, safety risks, carrier requirements, or material regulatory exposure.
